Executive Board

The Chapter President serves as the leader of the executive board and represents Theta Xi across the CMU campus. He oversees chapter operations, guides long-term planning, and works to uphold the standards our founders set in 2014.

The Vice President supports the Chapter President and steps in to lead when he is unavailable. He oversees the committee chairs, tracks member accountability and standards, and helps keep chapter operations running week to week.

The Treasurer manages the chapter's finances, including dues collection, budgeting, and expense tracking. He works with the executive board to plan spending for events and operations, and keeps accurate records for the chapter and nationals.

The Risk Management Chair works to keep brothers and guests safe at every chapter function. He enforces chapter and national policies, plans event safety procedures, and educates members on their responsibilities.

The Recruitment Chair leads the chapter's efforts to bring in new members. He plans and runs rush events, connects with potential new members across campus, and organizes brothers throughout the recruitment process.

The Associate Member Educator guides new members through the process of becoming initiated brothers. He leads AM meetings, teaches Theta Xi's history, values, and ritual, and makes sure every associate member is prepared and supported from bid day to initiation.

The Philanthropy Chair leads the chapter's service and fundraising efforts. He organizes events supporting Habitat for Humanity and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, and coordinates volunteer work throughout the Grand Junction community.

The Social Chair plans the chapter's social calendar throughout the year. He organizes events with other Greek organizations, coordinates with Risk Management on safety, and creates opportunities for brothers to build friendships outside of meetings.

The Secretary handles the chapter's records and correspondence. He takes meeting minutes, maintains the member roster, and serves as the primary point of contact with Theta Xi Fraternity Headquarters.
